hard to say might be a late bloomer and might not get to big but its defently not a dwarf cat, most dwarf cats have internal organ problems and dont live long.

Dwarf cat = PC term for “runt”
The runt of a litter may have health problems but they make damn good people cats. Unless you bite and scratch and push them away from thier food dish to eat it yourself.
