Someone give me an example of an EMO band that I might know of.

If you are EMO, does that mean that you are neither punk nor rock? Or are you included in the broader definitions of punk and/or rock and/or ska and/or pop?
I’m bad at genres. But, I’d call EMO sort of pop/punk.
It means you cry when your girlfriend talks to another guy.
And it is NOT PUNK MUSIC.
Yeah, I know. I added “pop” to the beginning.
Emo is also a small town of 1,200 people in Northwestern Ontario. Located approximately halfway between Winnipeg and Thunder Bay, on the Ontario-Minnesota border. Named after a town in Ireland.
Also emo can be used as a pop term for being overly proud of the pathetic nature of one’s life and emotional state. To flaunt all of one’s horrible, painful feelings with no care of how it may adversely effect the emotional state of those around them is emo.
I miss oldschool Emo.
