Yeah, and then back again at the end too.
I don’t care if it’s a guy kissing another guy. But it would have made way more sense, if they had shown it as a woman first. Otherwise it is perceived as the two men being a couple. It has nothing to do with homophobia, the advertisement just plain wasn’t written to make much sense.
Who is to say that a guy can’t be in the kitchen anyhow? Isn’t it a fair assessment to think of the two as a couple? IN FACT! it’s probably less homophobic, and more accepting to assume they are a couple. 
Yeah what ever the story may be why not just let them live their lives as they wish, if they want to be a couple then so be it. Let them put up with each other as man and woman.
