anyone else tired of the marijuana smell coming from the old RCMP building? most days you can smell it a few blocks away. even though the city won’t admit it it is there why are they not cracking down on the smell?

Yeah I am, but some days I can smell it around downtown all over and I’m very sensitive to the smell and especially when it gets into my mask.
