Teacher with a Mac wanted to print, had no printer. Suggested his report card files to PDF so they’d be veiwable for all computers.
downloaded printoPDF and it unzipped, but I forget next step.
Don’t you just drag the printer icon into a system folder or something?
If it’s a recent OS, PDF is the display layer. No need for anything extra.
Just click “print” then “save as PDF.” It’s already built in.
