I am moving to PR for a job welding for an undisclosed company.
I have a wife, 3 children aged 12, 4, and 2
I have a small dog (Boston Terrier) and one cat (Strictly indoors).
I need some garage space where I can weld when not working and I prefer a fenced backyard of some kind. Hoping for reasonable neighbors as the welder will never run after 9 pm on workdays, and 10 pm on the odd saturday which is within noise bylaws that I’m aware of. I’m hoping for affordable rent in exchange for good long term tenancy.
