Do we actually know that this was an ‘official’ recording, or did some wackjob on the internet mash some songs together to make it sound like Marilyn Manson actually worked with Lady Gaga?

Yeah - it’s kind of funny about Manson, and Lady Gaga. I remember when I first saw an interview with him (mid 90s I think) and was shocked at how normal he was. He looks weird sure, but right down to it, he is a pretty normal guy. It’s like when I first saw the show with Gene Simmons’ family and was also shocked at how normal he was. LOL For some reason I thought he would be totally different.
Anyways - back to Gaga/Manson - I was pretty much in the dark about Lady Gaga, had heard her name a couple of times but never listened to her music or seen her in a video or on tv. I did some surfing online and concluded that while Lady Gaga can be WEIRD - holy crap is she talented! She’s what, 23 and has been writing music for many artists (Fergie, Britney Spears, Pussycat Dolls). She pushes the envelope for sure, and it’s in that way that she reminds me of Madonna (in Madonna’s much younger days though lol). She’s weird, goes for shock value, but also has a lot of talent (IMO).
So after thinking about that for awhile I decided that it’s not such a shock to see the two of them together. Shock value and the fact that in one of the links I posted earlier where Manson says: “She knows exactly what she’s doing. She’s very smart, she’s not selling out.” He added, “She’s a great musician, she’s a great singer, and she’s laughing when she’s doing it, the same way that I am.”
