North Coast Mixed Martial Arts is hosting a ladies self defense seminar on Sat June 12th, at the NCMMA facilities 174 3rd ave east. Cost for the seminar is $35 and it will be 3 hours long from 10 am to 1 pm.
Subjects included are dealing with chokes, hair grabs, wrist grabs, vital areas and nerve centers. We will cover laws on weopons and a few indigenous weopons. Also we will talk about how to recognise and avoid problems. Techniques predominately from jiujitsu.
A note book and some loose fitting clothes is all you need.
