I think a lot of Canadians would be surprised to learn that this doesn’t already exist.
It only makes sense. There is such a culture of “Us” vs “Them” in the RCMP that there’s no doubt the ranks close around one of their own. Look at the Robert Djiekanski business. Those cops would have been able to hide the reality of their actions if it hadn’t been for that guy filming.
