Just wondering how much a 3/4 bedroom home with all appliances, fenced yard, lots of parking, carport and workshop would be rented out for, does not include utilities. Good location.
There aren’t many available but one in the Atlin/Graham end of town, 3 bed., 1 car garage but no workshop rented 2 months ago for $1600, no pets and non-smoker, must be working with great references. Utilities not incl. Was rented within 3 weeks. Nice rentals are hard to come by.
