1 bedroom upstairs with an open area that would work as a playroom, den/TV room, den or home office. 1 bedroom downstairs. Living room, dining room, kitchen and large unfinished basement that would make a great workplace for the handy person. New laminate floors, nicely painted. Small, older home with off street parking for two. Close to town, civic centre, walking trails and public transportation. Back yard could be a gardener’s challenge and delight but needs some TLC. At one point the yard had paths and outdoor rooms that have been neglected by tenants and become overgrown. A little TLC and it would be a haven within the city.
