the highway east of Terrace in closed (around Usk)…turning traffic away on both sides due to a vehicle incident. swat cars and ambulance seen headed out there.
I’ve heard from a source that is stuck in Hazelton cause there is a person in the bush shooting a gun at vehicles on the highway.
I nearly got tboned by the K-9 unit here in Rupert on Frederick. I wonder if they’re sending him up there or it was a different incident.
