Health Care System Change- Episode by episode

Real changes are being made to the system by spending an episode of volunteering. It’s one hour as you have time, as you are interested and as the topic applies to you.
It’s non-traditional as it’s not once a week- in Prince Rupert and in BC (teleconference and face to face), it’s probably 3 times a year.

Represent Prince Rupert: The Patient Voices Network (PVN) is made up of patients, caregivers, family members, and others who want to use their patient experience for positive change to the health care system. Feedback is given in a structured setting; it is not an advocacy group. Over 115 patient partners across the north are already involved in opportunities such as focus groups, advisory committees and learning sessions. These partners are supported by the PVN team when participating in engagements. Patient Voices Network is a non-profit network funded by the Ministry of Health and has been in existence for 5 years.

Volunteer Now!! Register for the free Prince Rupert Orientation (light dinner included) so that you don’t miss out on this opportunity (Wednesday, June 3rd 4-7pm). Location will be given when you register. Registration is required.
