I suggest contacting whoever was in charge of the toy run with him. The harley riders… They will, undoubtedly have pictures of him. Or know someone who does.
The sad thing is that it’s likely that a bed was opened up by denying someone else access to it. Somewhere, someone else is probably going through the exact same struggles to find a bed placement.
I hope that’s not the case.
You might try Captain Sheils at Salvation Army. He may have taken some photos when they brought the toys in after the toy run. You never know. He will be sadly missed…A really good guy…
The story has now made the mainstream media, the CBC offered up this report on the situation…
thanks for posting…
It looks like Cam was shipped out about 4 this afternoon. Pictures of Desi are being looked after. Thanks to all of you that assisted me with names and numbers and support. Very much appreciated. This man lives in your community and loves it there. He obviously has many friends.
Our prayers are with him … he has a long road of recovery ahead, I think he has a big group of friends and I know an awesome family so he will be taken care of. Please keep us posted on how he is doing.
