Diane at Franks still looks good after 6 months
I have had ALL my haircuts except for one with Diane at Franks for the past 15yrs.
Shes by far the best one…23 bucks…shampoo and conditioning X 2.
I use Noreen at Mastercut. She’s always done a solid ceasar style cut on me.
Kathy is actually working out of her home now on Sloan.

If you’re looking for higher fashion, up to date cuts and colour techniques. She’s a hair stylist, which are different from hair dressers as they do tons of upgrading and schooling and such. I’ve reccomended Jane to many friends, and I’ve never had a friend come back complaining about her services.
