I was sitting having a cup of coffee and as I was looking out the window I saw a RCMP marked cruiser going down 3rd Ave West with someone riding a bike holding onto the cruiser. Had to shake my head and look again quickly as I couldn’t believe it. I wonder how many kids may have seen that and think well since the RCMP can do it we must be able to?!!?

Did the officer have a carrier in front with some lumpy thing in the basket?
