My fella and I were returning from Port Ed. and picked up a roaming dog and took him to the SPCA. He was found running down the highway between the SPCA turnoff and Pr. Rupert Blvd. He is a large B/W neutered male, part Spaniel, wearing a collar but no tags and has no tats or chip. He is a very friendly, beautiful dog. This happened approx. 4PM today. He may have been wandering for awhile as he was very wet. Please call the shelter and leave a message if you are or know the owner of this pup !
