A single motor vehicle incident early this morning between Terrace and Prince Rupert has turned fatal.
Around 6:15 a.m. Terrace RCMP received a report of a vehicle that had left the roadway and had gone into the Skeena River approximately 45 km west of Terrace, 1km west of Carwash Rock.
