I wonder why Telus never came to Rupert? their in Terrace.
They service Port Ed for landline and cell phone.
Citywest should have been sold years ago when they could have gotten a decent price for their infrastructure. Now it’s even more degraded and hardly worth anything. We (taxpayers) would be lucky to get money in any deal. Citywest will be driven out of business and have to sell off for parts. The city has no business being in the telecommunications business in the first place.
