i’m in favour of this pipeline but instead of talking about it apply to the NEB and get the process started, be proactive instead of reactive, they weren’t forceful enough on Lelu Island and Petronas went elsewhere, the Federal Government for 2 years have talked about the oil tanker ban for 2 years even last year they restated it when they visited Rupert, but all of a sudden Helin and company didn’t know about it? get off your asses and start the process already.
