Just wanted to give a shout out to Saanich Plumbing and Heating for the awesome customer service the other day. I went in to get materials to fix my sump pump, and brought in the manual. Not only did they quickly find all of the supplies I needed, when they realized I was going to be installing it on my own they went out of their way to help me so I would know what I was doing. Not only that, but they put most of the pieces together for me so I wouldn’t have the hassle of having to figure it out and do it myself. Even though I know I would have been able to do the job all on my own it is nice to see that true customer service is alive and well in Prince Rupert. These guys definitely go above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. Thanks a lot for your help.
