Yeah I talked with Dave and Betty in person, the only reason Dave came over is because he saw I was Irritated by Betty, he was like “what’s sup?” and I’m like “uh when I first subscribed to Premium DSL I was downloading at like 550 Kilobytes per second, I now download at like a max of 200”
and he was like “okay I’ll check your connection”
he came back like 5 minutes later and told me that I had some “instabilities” present, and that a maintenance team had to be dispatched, this was a week and a half ago, and still no maintenance team. when I was told they’d be no more than a day. so I figure, I’ll go down to citywest on monday in attempt to get it straightened out a little more.
however, I do know that when I first subscribed to premium I was getting a full 5 Megabits, however. they didn’t have my DNS settings input properly and my Modem crashed every 2 minutes. anyways, they had to down it to 4 Megabits. but that’s no reason to be downloading at 200 KB/s down from 550 KB/s.

yeah, My speeds this morning are alright. if I can’t use them for gaming I might as well use them for something else 
and they are providing better than I expected
I got 8 going at about 330 KB/s altogether with 30 KB/s so yeah it’s choking

4216kbps download 417 upload for P.R. - 4236 down 415 upload for Van, while downloading updates for windows… just switched to premium and i’m happier then I was with dsl lite
