Anyone know where I should be looking to correct this problem
Have you called Citywest? Seriously, the company might make dumb-ass decisions, and sometimes we thing their bosses are idiots, but pretty much everyone who works at Citywest is a decent person who will honestly try to help you.
Call them up and tell them your internet is slow. They’ll look into it for sure.
Oh I have already Dave has been helping for the last halfhour but at 8 hes done . He helped and we tested alot of things. We are going to try the modem tomorrow I just thought maybe we overlooked something but thanks anyway
