I’ve seen some bad potholes downtown before,but this year is very bad. Especially in front of Tim Horton, that whole intersection is a disgrace, due to it not being properly repaired last summer and also the access to the lower mall parking lot. Add into this the side walk at the lights in front of the post office that wasn’t repaired in the summer. It’s totally inexcusable and some of this goes back to an inept city council amongst other factors.
hey the council isn’t inept after all they get paid $26000 a year for what 2 days of work? not including their per diems on boards
They dig up and replaced the water lines and then repaved all the streets in my neighbourhood, just finished last Sept.
For once, they didn’t pave first then dig it all up at every lot to replace the lines.
Unfortunately they did a shitty jon of packing the fill over those lines, so there’s a nice dip in the new pavement at every other house…… a reverse speed bump you can’t steer around like a pothole.
So they solved it by lowering the speed limit on the thru streets to 40 and sidestreets to 30kmh
