I just have to bring back this old thread to rub it in on hockey expert Timbits who said;

Im happy with the team they Picked. Doan and Draper we’re there in the past I think they add international hockey experiance to the roster. Im also thinking to myself wow theres so many great canadian players. Like Staal and Spezza… But this year with NEW rules they shine… last year exc nothing… The International hockey is like the old rules, I like the fact they give it too the Vets.

I predict that the Newfie Curlers will win Gold. Especially if they are able to drink and smoke on the ice.

Boy…some guys just don’t know when to quit!! If I was to predict who would have won the riding I would have picked Cullen. The huge support in this forum made it obvious to me.

Changing of the guard again so soon in Canadian hockey. Its only been a few years since Nolan, Fleury,Kariya, Lindros, Shanahan and Yzerman were all named to the team. Now we should have Staal, Crosby, Phaneuf and Spezza around for a while.
