Is there a way to make a video from 10 45 seconds spots from a digital still camera  and make it look like a movie  thanks

45 second spots?

I’ll assume you mean your still camera is limited to taking 45 second videos and you want to ‘stitch’ them together to make one long video… Easy, open movie maker in windows, and drag all the files onto it. Play with it from there. Any video editing program will work.
