A fun fitness dance program taught by Brazilian teacher Laura Monteiro. Learn basic steps for Salsa, Samba , reggae, dancehall and other popular world rhythms. Dont be afraid to step on the dance floor anymore.

Excellent workout offered in 2 levels: Beginners and Advanced. All ages groups welcome.

** Days: Mondays -5:30PM - Level 1 - Starts September 11**
** Thursday- 6:30 PM- Level 2 - Starts September 14**
