George Bush was in fine form during a speech in Australia at the APEC summit today. He calls it OPEC instead of APEC (then tries to recover by saying the Aussie PM invited him to next year’s OPEC meeting - impossible since neither countries are members), refers to Australian troops as “Austrian troops,” and then almost walks off the stage!
