Here’s how I use it.
Copy and paste the URL, then right-click on the windows button, choose windows terminal (admin), and then right-click inside the terminal to paste.

Bonus: here’s the CTT utility running a steamdeck.
I’m dual-booting Windows and sync Linux does UTC hardware clock, but Windows does, the time is always off on Steamdeck in Windows. Using one of the tweaks here, I can get Windows to do UTC on the hardware clock too.
And while I’m in there, I can disable all the crappiness in Windows 11.
