So what does this mean ? With all of the negative media towards the service and lack of service what is happening ? Are they cleaning house and putting people with positive hearts and minds with the possibility of cleaning the bad reputation and restoring it to what it once was ? I think that they should cut certain managements salary to start .

The SPCA is looking for a person to do work for them.
