One of the boys in the accident is my nephew…James Vickers, and the other was a boy my family some what adopted unofficially Robert Cootes.
Services already happened, and yes it had to do with Alcohol and Speeding. Thanks for all the prayers and sympathy. Means alot to the family. We have celebrated their lives, and were all happy to have had them as long as we did.

Ok I have to revent what I was trying to say, but in previous comments it seems the blame is put on James, as the driver, but until police reports come out, we should not blame anybody. Yes both lives were taken earlier then they should have been. My family has loved both these boys, even though Cootes was not officially our boy, he was treated like one.
