Why do I get a 403 no permission error from the server when I try to web access my admin/index.php file to config my files I uploaded?
Check the apache log file /var/log/httpd/
look for errorlog
It will tell you why. Does apache own the folder? Does the apache use have read-access?
chmod -R apache /foldername/
