This was posted a year ago. Is a good indication on how fast rents have gone up because if is a decent place rent would be over 1000 guaranteed.
Yes, this has been rented for about 5 months now.
And ‘Chookie’, it is a very clean and decent place and the rent is still $750. I think the it’s ridiculous how the rents have increased to absurd amounts.
