This is Missouri, near St. Louis. The State was not successful in preventing the KKK in adopting a stretch of I-55 so they named that stretch “Rosa Parks Highway”.

I can’t believe how close MiG came when he asked about Alabama ( Lynyrd Skynyrd) but I had to say no but my answer was "No if you mean the state in the picture. "
Then when he asked about the road being named after a famous person, I thought that would be it.

The picture in question isn’t technically the R P H as stated in the flicker description.
