Culturally-significant place.  The place in question is right in the middle of the screen.

I have a feeling this one is about to be solved!

This is George Street in the heart of downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. George Street is closed to traffic twenty hours a day (only being open from 8:00am until noon) to make way for pedestrian bar goers. It is understood by locals and those who choose it’s nightlife as a destination to have the most pubs per square foot of any street in North America.
