Does anyone know what is happening at Mariners Park?. There is a plastic orange fence around a section of the park and signs saying under construction. Is the city doing some improvements to the Park? Thanks

I heard a rumour about putting in a bandstand similar to the one in Terrace. I don’t know if there is any truth to that though. 
It would be pretty sweet to have a permanent covered enclosure for bands to perform in, but I would worry that it would get rocked by wind pretty hard on the waterfront.
Heard they were doing maintenance to the grounds caused by all the wet weather…We’re sinking, I guess
