We are the country's measuring stick

Whenever a city or town has a particularly wet day, week, summer, they can always point to Prince Rupert and say, not as bad as there though.

The latest instalment of that theme from the Windsor Star.

“Windsor is thus far the second-wettest city in Canada for 2011, behind only perennially soggy Prince Rupert, which has endured 1,525 millimetres of precipitation this year.”
