Vid Card Dead?

I have a 9250 vid card that all of a sudden does not work.
When i put in in my comp it wont power up. But as soon as i take it out, it powers up. It doesnt look fried anywhere. I did leave it layin on my carpet.

But did you reset your BIOS? After you plugged in your vid card?

My other Vid Card works fine, and i did reset my bios.
