Add āSTOPPING at stop signsā ,instead of rolling/accelerating though" and you have it just about nailed.
Hahahaha - aināt that the truth! I also love how there are those intersections here where 3 sides have to stop while one has the right of way - and that if I have the right of way to turn in front of one of the people that has the stop sign, I get the evil eye, as if I am the one in the wrong.
Itās quite the paradox for this city - since most things happen at āRupert Speedā - except when someone thinks they know the rules of the road when they clearly do not. 
Haha thatās awesome, and so true. I find that itās more the new drivers who follow the rules of the road, signalling, stopping at stop signs, etc, and the ones in their 30ās and above who seem to think they have higher power and can ignore them.
Dont forget the ones that have not checked the dateās on there platesā¦ just the other day I saw one that said june 11 2009 on it.Ā and a cab driver running with a july date on itā¦
