I fully agree w/ Crazy Train. With the vast range of internet sites: HTMF; FB; Twitter; etc, news (rumours) travels in lightening speed. This is exciting news, especially if the winner is local - PR/PE, or outlying communties! The winning ticket was bought in the PR area; doesn’t mmean the winner IS fromm PR!
