Speaking of grants like for The Childrens Festival, I heard from an individual who works at the SPCA Shelter that they only found out of the lack of funding they were getting from the city through HTMF, no one from the city has advised them of anything in regards to the request. Now if that is not a good way to run such an operation as a city hall then I have no idea what does. I believe that they could afford a phone call or a small piece of writing in a letter.

I am disgusted with all of them. If it weren’t for The Northern View and the Snooze, we would have no idea what was happening in this town. Oh, and of course, HTMF
