Did ya ever see that episode of Heroes where Partman and Molly are in that apartment and they think everything is okay but they’re really stuck in a coma from the boogie man taking control of their minds? Vundo is the boogie man. You’re still in that apartment.

The threat may still be there, but, I’m not a Windows expert. I’ll let some of the Windows experts here comment about this one. Good luck dealing with this.
Bad advice from an amatuer, ignore it, vundo while a bitch to remove is not impossible, ive removed it from dozens of machines, just formatting is easiest if you have nothing important on it.
Re/Re is the fastest way.
MajorGeeks has a couple tools and a dozen pages of steps that will take you all day.
