Ruby Creek mine near Atlin gets provincial go ahead

The Ministry responsible for mining in BC has approved plans to construct and open a $414-million molybdenum mine at Ruby Creek near Atlin.

Adanac Moly Corp has been issued a permit to begin work on the site, which will create 250 operational jobs upon completion and 550 jobs in its two year building phase, it’s expected that the life of the mine will be somewhere near twenty years.
