Real estate inventory to aid in downtown revitalization

As the City of Prince Rupert works to revitalize the downtown core, the Prince Rupert and Port Edward Economic Development Corporation announced on August 12 that it is moving forward with a Commercial Real Estate Inventory to give potential investors and businesses an idea of what space is available in town.

That’s a great idea, I hope building owners re-evaluate the price of rent vs. cost of ownership and really try to be competitive with the rent. Rent for business locations has always been an issue in PR.
