Fixed this morning.  They even called my Rogers phone to let me know it worked and to test it.

Like anything, instead of bitching about Citywest, if you just let them know about a problem, they’ll fix it.  I’ve had 100% success by just e-mailing them on internet, phone, and cable issues.

after they rolled out 1x *82 stopped working.  I called to let citywest know and they said they don’t know what it is and will not try to fix it.

If they know what it is, how can they fix it?

Try putting it in an e-mail.

I have a cell and it does echo, it terrible but am in a 2 yr contract and still have 1 1 1/2 yrs left grrrrrr

My cel contract expires in late June.  I went in to CityWest today to report that my cel was giving me an echo.  The helpful receptionist wrote down my concerns.  She said that she would relay my concerns to the tech department.
