Oh yuck…this sounds like more Nazi ideology. All members of a society are potential suspects of wrongdoing, not matter age, color or creed. Just because some teens are smarter about hiding their activites than others, doesn’t mean all nocturnal teens should be penalized. All curfews should be repudiated as fascist dogma.
A stable house with a set of easy to follow and more than fair rules is not even close to Nazi ideology. Did in even mention race or ethnic background? Anyway, Kids need and want guidelines, it makes them feel safe and loved.
