The Prince Rupert Rampage returned to the Jim Ciccone ice for their home opener on Saturday night, taking down the high flying Terrace River Kings 3-1 in front of a boisterous home crowd on hand for the home season debut.
The River Kings have gotten off to a fast start this year, with victories in their first two games of the year, but the Rampage brought them back down to ice level with a third period surge that broke open a 0-0 game and brought the home crowd to its feet time and time again.
