According to The Northern View, Cst. Ryan Stevenson alleges the semi was traveling to quickly and that no injuries were reported.
I grew up here in Prince Rupert and remember the bridge that was here BEFORE the one seen here was built and have NEVER taken the turn from the Terrace to the Port Ed bound lane. I had no idea that the “lean” was the way it is. Its upsetting to think that those responsible have not rectified it. Are there any signs leading up to that curve that state “deceptive lean ahead” or anything along those lines? The recent track record (so to speak) has not been the greatest.
