With the Shell takeover of BG Group, the Prince Rupert LNG project on Ridley Island is pretty much scrapped. Industry insiders are already speculating that Petronas may move their PNW LNG terminal to the Ridley Island site.
the only way that would happen is if they didn’t have to go through another Enviromental Assesment which is very unlikely, if they want to be up and running by 2020 they will stick with lelu
