Old Mac Software...?

Back to my problems with viewing Interactive programs on my MacBook Pro.

I’ve got a CD that is for both Macs AND PCs but here are the specs:

MAC OS 7 + Higher!
Quicktime 3.0

I open up the CD and do as I’m told, but it says “You cannot open the application because it is not supported on this system” when I try to open the installer.

I do the Get Info and I get:

Kind:Â Application (Classic)
Created/Modified: Monday, July 5, 1999

How do I get an ancient file to boot up on my computer?

Also, while I’m at it, where do I fit the Floppy for Sim Farm into my computer?

That’s just not going to work, dude, it’s too old.  Do yourself a favour and install Parallels if you want to run ancient software like that.
